Hi, I’m Stacy Carp — founder of Eat All the Colors and creator of Focus on the End Game. I've been focused on reducing my risk of chronic disease for as long as I can remember. The event that really kicked me into high gear was my Dad's death from cardiac disease when he was just 56. I decided I didn't want to meet the same fate.

I started running and paying attention to what I ate that year. At first I couldn't run very far, but I stuck with it, and it changed the trajectory of my health and life. Over the years, I met a community of people who shared the mindsets, habits and strategies they used to sustain peak performance not only in their sports but also in their personal and professional lives.

After decades of experimentation and research, I realized something life-changing: health isn’t about trying harder — it’s about understanding the system. When you know how your biology, psychology, and environment work together, progress feels natural.

I'm stronger, leaner, and my health markers are better now than when I was younger. I know how to eat for energy, balance, and craving control, how to overcome fear, anxiety and discomfort to reach a state of calm-focus, and how to operationalize habits to keep me performing at my best.

One thing I've learned throughout this entire journey is -  👉Most people don’t try to improve their health for the long haul because they believe it’s too hard, it's too late, or it's too expensive.

The truth is, small steps matter, health pays for itself, and your future is built by the choices you make today.
